Welcome to Craigiebuckler Church

Craigiebuckler Parish Church is one of the largest congregations in the Aberdeen Presbytery of the Church of Scotland.

The church is progressive in the style of worship which incorporates traditional and modern forms.

Worship
Anyone is welcome to come to any Service. You don’t have to be a member to join us.

Morning Worship – 11 a.m. on Sunday. (10 a.m. in July and August)

Friday 14th December
7.30pm—Aberdeen Orpheus Choir Christmas Concert

Sunday 16th December
11am—All-Age Worship with the Craigiebuckler Band

Wednesday 19th December
6.30pm—Hazlehead Primary School Christmas Music Concert

Sunday 23rd December
11am—Service of Lessons and Carols with the Church Choir and Band

Monday 24th December
6pm—Family Pop–up Nativity Service.
11.30pm—Watchnight Service.
The service starts at 11.30pm and takes us through to Christmas Day at Midnight. Join us in the hall before the service for mulled wine and Christmas cake from 10.30pm.

Tuesday 25th December
11am—Worship for Christmas Day.  Bring along a gift you’ve received to share with everyone.

Coffee is served after the Morning Services with donations divided between two charities. There will also be a Fairtrade Stall.

An induction loop system is available during our service and large print copies of the hymn book are available at the church door.

A monthly short Communion Service is held on the last Wednesday of the month, October to March at 7pm in the Church. Other Services are held as advertised celebrating the main Christian festivals.

The main Communion Services are held on the last Sunday in April and the first Sunday in November at 11am and 2.30pm.

SUNDAY @ 4  Bringing together Cafe Church & WorshipZone.
We invite friends old & new to join us at 4 p.m. for refreshments. A time of fellowship will be followed by worship. We will continue our informal cafe style format, but you may see other changes. These services will take place at 4 p.m. on the last Sunday of each month from October to April, with a break in December.  We begin with the first of three services at Craigiebuckler, in our newly refurbished Extension Hall.  Followed by three further services at Cafe Connect in Mannofield Church.
